LENT
Lent provides an extraordinary opportunity for us to follow Jesus.  It is extraordinary because, even though Lent comes only around every year, only once will we have this particular year.  Will you take up your cross to follow Jesus?  Will you answer His call to serve? This year?

TIME IS RUNNING OUT!!!!
Are YOU going to Workcamp???  If so, you MUST turn in your $100 deposit NOW to reserve a space.  If you're unable to make the deposit, but want to go, please call Sandy.

Workcamp 2004 will be the Nez Perce Nation Workcamp in Lapwai, Idaho.  We will leave Aurora on June 17th and return on June 27th.

NEXT YOUTH MEETING
Sunday, March 7th, 7:00 PM
Our March meeting will focus on service to our community.  Please bring a BAG of non-perishable foods to this Sunday's meeting.  Some ideas... canned fruit, soup, pasta or rice mixes, crackers, cookies, peanut butter, cereal, candy, etc.  Bring things that YOU would like to eat not that can of ????? that's been in the back of Mom's pantry for the last 15 years!!!!!

LETTERS - WE GET LETTERS
Is writers block keeping you from writing letters to friends and family asking them to support your Workcamp trip?  If you're having trouble, Kim will personally help you with your letter writing.  Call her cell at 720-233-9681.

ST. PATRICK'S DANCE
Had any fun lately? NO you say!!!  Well, here's your chance.  Come help at the St. Patrick's Day Dance on Saturday, March 13th.  We'll help with the soft drink and dessert tables and help with clean up.  Sounds like work you say...There's always plenty of time for dancing to the DJ and enjoying time with you friends.  It has always been a great time!!  The Men's Club makes a donation to Workcamp in exchange for our help.  This helps keep YOUR costs down.
